In this armchair there is harmony between structure and function; each element works both ways: structurally and functionally.
The 3 moulded birch plywood profiles are functioning as the seating and the backrest of the armchair. The 4 legs and 2 armrests are made of solid birch. The connection between legs and profiles is organic: the veneers are bending to the legs so that no extra stretcher is needed. The whole piece of furniture represents simplicity.
Due to the structural purity, the armchair is sturdy. The bent, curvy profiles provide comfort and the flexible backrest gives a playful sitting experience.
